Using Care Log
Care Log is provided as-is to help community and home care workers log visits and generate reports. You are responsible for the accuracy of the visits, mileage and notes you record.
Your account
Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Acceptable use
Don't upload data you have no right to share, attempt to break the service, or use Care Log for purposes other than legitimate care work. Care recipient data must only be entered with the appropriate consent.
Pricing & cancellation
Running Care Log costs about €36 per year per active user. There is no contract or lock-in. You may stop using Care Log at any time and request deletion of your data.
Liability
Care Log is a record-keeping tool. It does not replace your professional judgement or your agency's policies. We do not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of data entered into the system.
