What we collect
We collect only what is needed to deliver the service: your name and email for your account, the visits and mileage you log, the recipients you add (name, address, contact details, care notes), and any photos, voice notes or signatures you choose to attach to a visit.
Where it's stored
All data is stored in a managed Postgres database hosted in the European Union. Files (photos, voice notes, signatures) are stored in EU object storage. Backups are encrypted at rest.
Who can see it
Workers see only their own visits and the recipients assigned to them. Admins of a team see everything within their team. Permissions are enforced server-side via row-level security — there is no client-only flag that could be tampered with.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email nickydoyl@gmail.com and we'll respond within a few working days.
Cookies & analytics
Care Log uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers. Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics may be collected to improve the product.
